About Felarity

Why Felarity.

Truth in organizations gets lost in the gaps between nine different tools. Felarity closes the gaps, one system where the work happens and the record of it is the same thing.

The problem

Almost every consequential decision in a modern organization passes through a meeting. Strategy is set in meetings. Investigations are conducted in them. Patients are diagnosed inside them. Boards approve, regulators question, deals close, employees are hired and dismissed, all in rooms where a few people speak and the rest of the organization later inherits whatever account survives.

Meetings produce transcripts, not memory. A thing said in one room gets re-told differently in the next. Two people leave with two incompatible understandings of what was agreed. Contradictions get smoothed over because nobody re-reads a 90-minute transcript line by line. Promises get unsaid. By the time anyone notices that the record and the recollection disagree, the receipts are gone, buried under the next quarter's calendar, the next investigation, the next reorganization. Most organizational damage we have seen does not come from people lying. It comes from a structural inability to hold the room accountable to what was actually said.

What we built

Felarity is a forensic intelligence layer over meetings. Three pieces matter.

First, a council of AI specialists tuned per industry. A legal investigation is not analyzed the way a clinical handoff is analyzed. Thirty industry councils route each conversation through analysts that know the domain, privilege rules, standard of care, fiduciary duty, chain of custody, instead of one general-purpose model pretending to know all of them.

Second, contradiction detection that runs before speaker attribution. The system flags inconsistencies in the transcript without knowing who said what. Speakers are reconciled afterward, in the post-session pipeline. That ordering matters: it removes the temptation, human or model, to be lenient with the senior voice in the room and harsh with the junior one.

Third, a post-session forensic pipeline. After the meeting ends, the full audio is re-diarized, acoustic credibility markers are extracted, contradictions are re-scored by a separate natural-language-inference model on CPU, the deep council re-runs with full speaker context, and an eight-node SHA-256 Merkle attestation chain is sealed and Ed25519-signed. The signed root is verifiable from a public endpoint. The analysis itself is provable, not just the output, but the integrity of the pipeline that produced it.

What we don't do

We don't train shared models on customer content. Whatever your meetings contain stays scoped to your workspace and is not used to improve any model that another customer touches.

We don't route your meetings to a third-party LLM unless you explicitly bring your own key and turn it on. The default deployment runs inference on infrastructure we operate.

We don't sell your data. There is no advertising business behind this product, and there will not be one. There are no third-party advertising or behavioral trackers on this site or in the application.

We don't claim our outputs are professional advice. Felarity produces decision support, structured intelligence that lawyers, clinicians, compliance officers, and executives use as input to their own judgment. The judgment, and the accountability for it, stays with you.

Who we serve

Legal teams running internal investigations, where contradiction over time is the substance of the work. Healthcare organizations documenting clinical conversations under HIPAA, where what was said to a patient is itself a clinical artifact. Financial institutions defending against compliance findings, where reconstructing who knew what, and when, is the whole game. Government agencies tracking policy decisions across hearings and working sessions. Boards and audit committees that need an unflinching record of what was deliberated before a vote.

These are not casual buyers. They have procurement, security review, and legal sign-off in the path. We have built Felarity to survive that scrutiny.

Where the bar is

Trust in this product is everything. Specific claims, specific evidence:

Every promise on this page is a control we can show evidence for. When you ask, we send the evidence.

Where we came from

Felarity was built by infrastructure engineers who watched too many organizations lose receipts on the things that mattered most, the conversation behind the decision, not the decision itself. We built the kind of tool we wished was sitting next to us in those rooms: quiet, precise, and unwilling to let the record drift.

What's next

An honest forward look, not a hype reel. SOC 2 Type II completion is tracked for Q1 2027. SCIM 2.0 provisioning for Enterprise identity providers is on the roadmap for Q4 2026. An on-premises distribution for organizations that cannot move audio off their own network is in design for H1 2027. Bring-your-own-key for external inference providers, for customers who want to route deep analysis through a model they already have a contract with, is in private preview now.

When you ask, we'll show the roadmap, the dates, and what the current blockers are. We would rather miss a date and tell you why than ship a claim we can't defend.
